COURSE DATES
MAY 9th/10th, MAY 13th/14th
SEPTEMBER 16th/17th, SEPTEMBER 19th/20th
Course dates: Last year we became aware that as flights leave the u.k. from different areas of the country on different days of the week it prevented some interested people from joining us without additional rail travel. So we are offering overlapping dates in both May and September. Check flights leaving your nearest airport then choose the best travel date for you starting on Saturday/Sunday  or Wed/Thursday. Be assured you will have a full commitment from us whichever date you choose.

We aim to present an enjoyable house party atmosphere.
Sunday ( or Thursday if arriving on Wednesday) is orientation day. We meet for a late afternoon buffet lunch, introductions and an orientation trip around the village. And if you still have the energy join us in one of our favourite bars in the evening.
The next morning begins early with two card making sessions and an introduction to the crafts of your choice in the afternoon. Other days will follow a similar pattern concentrating on card making in the mornings and craft in the afternoon or early evening.
The emphasis is on you having the holiday you want and the amount of card making or craft tutorials you wish. If your primary interest is the card making then we have many projects for you without deviating to craft work. If you wish to sunbathe then do so and return to the card or craft later.
If your week started on Sunday then Thursday is a free day for sight seeing. Rhodes town, with its medieval palace ( built by the Knights of St.John ) and Mandraki harbour, can be reached by local bus or coach. There are various excursions available to other parts of the island.
But if your week began on Thursday then Sunday is your free day.
Time to complete your projects or try something new. What about beach combing for tiny black and white pebbles and making a plaque  of the unusual flooring designs found in the houses of Lindos. Local shops stay open all evening so time to finish whatever you are still working on, shop or go to the bar or restaurant. The choice is yours.
It is your crafting week and your holiday. We ask you to tell us your craft interest when booking so that we can better plan how to integrate the group. But you are still free to change your mind when you arrive.
